Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping/receiving demands across distribution centers. The role includes cycle counts, audits, and system-based inventory management to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating recalls, holds/releases, and QA activities while ensuring compliance with site quality programs and SOPs, including potential regulatory requirements like SQFI or FDA at the site.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required; an associate degree or two years of equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with ISO requirements is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Background and drug screen must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits; monitor damaged inventory and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and audits as required.
• Ensure quality programs and site SOPs are kept up to date.
