Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records in a distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and report discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity for on‑time shipping.

You may assist with recalls, holds/releases, product infestation audits, and support quality and regulatory readiness (SQFI/FDA) across sites; some locations may have additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail
• Pass Background and Drug screen

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate applicable inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits and track and monitor all damaged product in inventory; provide necessary reports to leadership.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts; investigates and reports discrepancies.
• May coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, product infestation audits.
• May monitor pest control program if required at site.
• If responsible for quality functions: Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times (i.e. SQFI, FDA or other customer needs).
• Facilitates quality/regulated training and coordinates the sites quality management program.
• Maintains the sites quality management portal and may draft/revise site SOPs as needed.
