Job summary

Dometic Bristol, IN is seeking an Inventory Clerk-Cycle Counter to join our global operations. This onsite role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels through cycle counts, data entry, and discrepancy resolution, with collaboration across warehouse teams.

You will regularly reconcile inventory, generate reports, and participate in audits to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency. A forklift operator license is preferred to support receiving and put-away tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and using scales for small parts.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lifting requirements up to at least 50lbs.
• Operate order picking equipment to heights of 20 ft and higher.

Responsibilities

• Inventory data management: entering cycle count data and reconciling discrepancies.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Generate reports on cycle counts and identify trends for improvements.
• Perform periodic inventory audits to verify accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues and coordinate receiving.
