Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to conduct regular inventory cycles, verify counts against the system, and resolve discrepancies. The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety policies.

Candidates should have forklift experience, solid MS Office skills, and excellent communication. The job offers benefits and requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must follow safety procedures and policies.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count.
• Communicate cycle count findings to inventory personnel.
• Adhere to cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory count records and data files.
• Investigate origin of discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
