Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Specialist for its Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will perform daily counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy in the Plex ERP system and proper storage locations on the floor.

Responsibilities include locating discrepancies, assisting in receiving/put-away, and collaborating with production leaders to resolve inventory issues. HS diploma required; 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions safely.
• Six months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily counts of materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify storage locations and reflect counts in ERP.
• Resolve discrepancies with escalation process.
• Assist in receiving and put-away to maintain accuracy.
• Operate PC and scan gun to track inventory.
