Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Clerk for Plant 4 in Holland, MI. The role requires daily material counts, verification of storage locations, and collaboration with production leaders to resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma and at least six months of manufacturing experience.

The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime. We offer comprehensive benefits and ESOP participation for employee-owners in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Ability to operate PC and scan gun.
• Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily counts of materials to ensure inventory accuracy on the plant floor.
• Verify materials are stored and staged in proper locations.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate variances per process.
• Assist in receiving and put-away to improve accuracy.
