Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Plant4 in Holland, MI, 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon–Fri). You will perform daily counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and non-conforming items to ensure inventory accuracy.

You’ll verify storage locations and assist in resolving discrepancies. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to follow

• High standards of performance and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily counts of raw material, packaging material, finished goods, and non-conforming materials.
• Verify materials are stored and staged in proper locations.
• Locate misclassified inventory and report discrepancies.
• Support in receiving and put-away processes to improve accuracy.
• Break down boxes/pallets and assist with inventory organization.
• Work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends.
