Job summary

ID Logistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a reliable cycle counter to work with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all records reflect real counts. You will verify orders received and shipped, and document any discrepancies in the company system.

Daily cycle counts, investigation of variances, and processing returns are core duties, along with maintaining safety standards and adherence to GMP.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1 year related experience in inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts as assigned.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Process returns and determine quality of inventory.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support physical inventories and adjust records to correct discrepancies.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
