Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support the site Operations Manager in Ocala, FL. You will ensure accurate inventory levels, verify orders, and maintain records with proper documentation and corrective actions.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, handling obsolete stock, and assisting with physical inventories. A safety-conscious team environment with benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and general Excel use.
• Strong math, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned and reconcile records.
• Investigate discrepancies to determine root cause.
• Identify obsolete inventory for disposal or salvage as requested.
• Process returned shipments and classify as first quality or damaged.
• Maintain proper documentation and file signs off on records.
• Assist in physical inventories and coaching of staff.
• Search and correct discrepancies within the system to prevent issues.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards as required.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
