Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Customer Service/Inventory Coordinator to support consignment orders and inventory control. The role involves resolving inventory discrepancies, generating reports, and communicating with clients and internal teams about order status and tissue availability.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate par levels and timely service for healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in customer service or inventory control.
• High school diploma; college helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process consignment orders in accordance with department SOPs.
• Investigate and resolve consignment inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients, internal departments, and consultants regarding inventory discrepancies.
• Regularly generate consignment inventory reports to monitor expiration dates.
• Review findings with Allograft Consultant, sales management and/or client.
• Regularly generate consignment sales reports to monitor par levels and volume targets.
• Review findings with Allograft Consultant and Contract Administrator to implement action.
• Answer customer questions regarding tissue/medical devices including tissue processing, specifications, availability and service fees.
• Complete customer complaint/return credit forms as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
