Job summary

The State of Missouri’s Department of Revenue seeks an energetic Associate Customer Service Representative for the Distribution Center. This role combines computer systems work, answering phone inquiries, and physical inventory-related duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship motor vehicle inventory items to contract license offices and customers.
• Process various system transactions related to inventory accountability and reconciliation.
• Monitor the motor vehicle inventory e-mail inbox and respond to inquiries timely and appropriately.
• Respond to contract license office inquiries by phone and e-mail utilizing the necessary files and systems.
• Process cigarette decal orders by pulling, validating, and preparing items for shipment.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management.
• File and pull paper tax documents for retention.
