Job summary

The State of Missouri's Department of Revenue seeks an energetic Associate Customer Service Representative to join the Distribution Center. This role blends desk work with physical tasks, handling inventory, processing shipments, and answering customer inquiries by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand on concrete floors.
• Strong computer skills and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship motor vehicle inventory items to contract offices and customers.
• Handle inventory transactions and reconciliation in systems.
• Monitor motor vehicle inventory email and respond promptly.
• Answer contract license office inquiries by phone and email.
• Process cigarette decal orders, pulling and preparing for shipment.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management.
• File and pull paper tax documents for retention.
