Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship motor vehicle inventory items to contract offices and customers.
• Process system transactions related to inventory accountability and reconciliation.
• Monitor motor vehicle inventory e-mail inbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Respond to contract license office inquiries by phone and e-mail using relevant files and systems.
• Process cigarette decal orders by pulling, validating, and preparing items for shipment.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management.
• File and pull paper tax documents for retention.
