You will review labor postings, support audits, coordinate cost rollups, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations while collaborating with Controllers and finance teams to forecast business activity. The role demands attention to detail and deadline-driven work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3-5 years' related experience.
• Inventory costing experience preferred.
• Experience in a fully integrated, computerized manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, including Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP and HFM a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret journals, procedures, or regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to write reports and present information to managers and teams.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for the Chandler inventory activity including reserve analyses and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review daily labor posting entries and job cost analysis.
• Participate in Working Capital initiatives and reduce inventory.
• Assist Controller with monthly/quarterly reports summarizing income, costs, variances, and earnings.
• Review and update internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate SOX testing and financial audits for Broken Arrow location.
• Regulatory reporting including annual property tax filings for Broken Arrow.
• Assist with daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual entries recording activities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations including Inventory and Fixed Assets.
• Support backup for cash management, financial analysis, budgeting, and month-end close activities.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally as required.
• Other related duties as assigned.
