Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and cost reduction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Cost System Setup & Maintenance: maintain cost standard files and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain for accurate cost roll-ups
• Transactional Recording & Accuracy: record and verify monthly financial statements
• Inventory & Cost Analysis: reconcile monthly inventories and analyze manufacturing costs
• Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: generate reports and perform variance analysis
• Strategic Advisory & Budget Monitoring: monitor plant budgets and advise on cost optimization
• Audit & Compliance: support SOX and internal controls and external audits
