Figure AI, an AI robotics company in San Jose, CA, is hiring an Accounting Manager focused on Inventory. You will own inventory and cost accounting, building end-to-end processes and deploying systems to support scale in a high-growth hardware environment.

You will reconcile data between NetSuite and MES/PLM/WMS, maintain cost models, analyze variances, and lead lease, asset, and general accounting work streams. Excellent communication and mentorship are required.

Formación

• 8+ years in accounting, with 5+ years in cost and inventory accounting.
• Experience in hardware/manufacturing environment.
• US GAAP expertise: ASC 330, ASC 360, ASC 842, and R&D vs capitalizable costs.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with inventory/manufacturing modules.
• Strong analytical, process-building, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own inventory and cost accounting processes end-to-end.
• Reconcile data between NetSuite and MES/PLM/WMS; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain cost model including overhead allocation and labor/machine rates.
• Analyze variances (PPV, material usage) for margin and COGS.
• Lead fixed asset accounting and asset lifecycle management.
• Drive automation of end-to-end transaction workflows and reconciliations.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and assist with external audits.
