Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 4 years of related inventory management experience required.
• Familiarity with automated Supply Chain systems.
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Warehouse organization and operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and replenish inventory within OR and specialty supply areas.
• Monitor inventory, utilization, and par levels using Lawson, Epic, and Excel.
• Process requisitions, receive shipments, and track/expedite orders.
• Partner with vendors, purchasing, nursing, and clinical teams to resolve supply needs.
• Maintain organized supply areas, labeling systems, and order guides.
• Assist with product conversions, substitutions, recalls, and special-order supplies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Review procedural schedules to anticipate implants and special supply needs.
