Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a dependable Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Technician I to support daily operations in our hospital warehouses. You will maintain inventory accuracy, replenish stock, and assist with cycle counts to ensure clinical departments have supplies needed for patient care.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with basic computer skills and strong communication. A valid driver's license and willingness to operate materials handling equipment are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain supply locations through stocking, replenishment, organization, labeling, and inventory management.
• Monitor inventory levels and rotate dated stock to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Pick and deliver inventory for routine, emergency, and rush orders.
• Utilize handheld inventory devices to manage stock levels and charge supplies to departments.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, perpetual inventory validation, and annual inventory processes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas and warehouse locations.
• Process inventory updates and replenishment records within inventory management systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clinicians, departments, vendors, and colleagues.
• Operate materials handling equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all Orlando Health policies, procedures, and safety standards.
