Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and optimal stock levels across supply locations.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Rotate inventory and remove expired, outdated, or slow-moving supplies.
• Process returns, credits, replenishments, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain bin locations, labels, par levels, and organized supply areas.
• Support receiving, delivery, and reconciliation of shipments.
• Utilize inventory management systems and handheld devices.
• Partner with Purchasing to resolve order discrepancies.
• Assist with code cart trays, emergency carts, and critical supply needs.
• Build positive relationships with clinical teams, nursing departments, and leadership.
• Support process improvements and departmental initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
