Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring an Inventory Coordinator at our Glenwood Springs DC. The role focuses on inventory control, daily cycle counts, and reconciliation in SAP to ensure accurate records and on-time product supply.

Responsibilities include counting variances, interfacing with Warehouse Management, and performing additional tasks such as pallet building. This is an on-site, hourly position with opportunities to advance within the supply chain network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and SAP.
• Analytical Skills and ability to count.
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory
• Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers
• Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required
