Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate inventories of raw and finished goods in a production/warehouse environment. You will count, reconcile, and manage Chep inventory while ensuring timely reporting and data entry into SAP.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and good communication. Prior SAP knowledge and a small-team environment experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year inventory coordination experience preferred.
• Good math and PC skills required.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw/full goods in the production/warehouse facility and yard.
• Maintain inventory records to ensure supplies are at adequate levels.
• Post inventory, inter-plants, and production to SAP.
• Prepare daily reports, syrup yields, line efficiencies, chemical inventories, and back flush daily.
• Communicate shortages daily to production and vendors.
• Enter all data with AP and Supply Chain, prepare and distribute required reports.
