Job summary

Labcorp in Raritan, NJ is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage test bench supply replenishment, reagents, calibrators, and inventory records in a fast-paced lab.

The role supports a clean, safe work environment, performs data entry, and ensures proper storage criteria while handling specimens. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred candidates have 3+ months of lab reagent or medical/laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months or more experience with lab reagents preferred.
• 3 months or more medical or laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ordering test bench supply replenishment.
• Identifying old/new lots of reagents and calibrators.
• Document and maintain records of reagent/inventory.
• Follow storage criteria for reagents.
• Disinfect bench area and document as required.
• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan/data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure lab equipment is working and perform minor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot specimen-related issues.
• Replenish test bench supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete record logs and other admin duties.
