Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate I in Brick, NJ, a hospital-based role at Ocean. The position supports lean supply management, daily replenishment, and cycle counts to ensure material availability in the laboratory.

Responsibilities include running material flow processes, inventory accuracy, and maintaining Kanban and labeling systems. Requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/supply chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Efficient planning and organizing skills.
• Good math skills and teamwork ability.
• Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Visio is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow in all facilities in the region.
• Participate in internal teams to improve replenishment processes and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure on-hand accuracy.
• Maintain visual management tools and mistake-proof initiatives.
