Job summary

Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking an Inventory Coordinator II stationed onsite at Rocket Lab Optical Systems in Chantilly, VA. You will manage receiving, inventory control, kitting, and FIFO processes to support production and just-in-time fulfillment. The role emphasizes accuracy, ERP data integrity, and cycle counting in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of experience, with knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. U.S.

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required, due to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production & transfer order plans / priorities.

• Ensure SOP’S are followed, and stock point accuracy is maintained.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program.
• Ensure FIFO is managed and maintained to achieve appropriate stock rotation.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and ensure ERP accurately reflects actual stock movements. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Additional duties as reasonably required.
