Job summary

Total Plastic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Materials Inventory Controller to maintain accurate raw material inventories and support material flow to production. You will receive and inspect materials, label and store them, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to ISO standards, and a commitment to safety. You will work in a production environment with potential for weekend shifts and physical effort.

Qualifications

• Material handling and storage within production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklift to move materials and load equipment as needed.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing materials for quality and labeling accuracy.
• Utilize ERP system to track inventory movements and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials from suppliers and unload shipments.
• Inspect materials for damage and accuracy; label and allocate locations.
• Maintain press and dryer hopper material levels.
• Load/mix materials per process specifications.
• Perform daily/monthly maintenance on dryer equipment as required.
