Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders and keeping the warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. The role includes daily shipping/receiving, maintaining records, reviewing MRP, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with service or project teams to ensure timely parts

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and stock movements.
• Ability to use SAP for inventory updates and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cycle counts and records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, scan orders, and maintain stock levels.
• Process stock transfers and returns; maintain proper records.
• Conduct monthly warehouse cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
• Review reports (MRP, open stock transfer) and coordinate with maintenance/service teams.
