Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our Pearl, MS team. You will store materials, pick, pack, scan orders and keep the warehouse stocked with essential equipment to boost efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, SAP movements, cycle counts, stock transfers and coordinating with service teams. Job requires lifting 75–100 lbs and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving for stock transfers and standard customer orders.
• Maintain records of shipping/receiving and pull/stage parts for orders.
• Process returns and manage SAP movements with service/team coordination.
• Conduct monthly warehouse cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
• Review open stock transfer reports and expedite as needed.
• Support open order reporting and billing processes as needed.
