Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the Del Rey facility in California. You will manage inventory across blending, drumming, and finished goods, using Oracle, coordinating transfers, counts, and month-end reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and forklift experience. This role requires cross-department collaboration and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role or equivalent.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and EDI structures.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine weekly ingredient needs for Filling Based On Production Tracker.
• Schedule and arrange delivery of ingredients to POM Del Rey from offsite locations.
• Verify and schedule ingredient transfers for Blending & Drumming and for R&D approvals.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Food Safety on inventory and approvals.
• Perform cycle counts and month-end adjustments for inventory.
• Process orders in Oracle for receipts, transfers, and returns.
• Support multiple departments with inventory movement and accuracy.
