Job summary

Medline Industries in Uxbridge, MA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure inventory accuracy by researching and reconciling adjustments, error queues, and financial issues in the distribution center.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting cycle counts, mentoring staff on inventory processes, reviewing the Material Movement and Goods Over Receipt reports, and making SAP and Catalyst adjustments to correct errors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and implement process changes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cycle counts and manage workload.
• Train and mentor facility staff on inventory processes.
• Review reports daily and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform adjustments in SAP and Catalyst to correct financial errors.
• Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV).
• Research tickets, resolve issues, and monitor inventory transactions.
• Handle OSIs and coordinate with A/P, product divisions, inventory Mgmt, and QA.
• Create RGAs and perform adjustments in Catalyst/SAP to correct OSIs.
• Operate MHE as needed.

Job SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring that all inventory adjustments, error queues, and other financial issues are researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy within a Medline distribution center.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Effectively plan and schedule and conduct cycle counts/ workload, etcTrain and mentor facility team members on proper inventory processes and procedures. Course correct where applicable.Reviews Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reconciles discrepancies as needed. Performs adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct financial errors.Manages all errors queues including ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow and ZINV.Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary. Monitor completeness and accuracy of inventory transactions.Handle and investigate service failures and customer complaints, also known as OSI’s. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
