Job summary

Phoenixville Hospital, part of Tower Health, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage centralized control and distribution of surgical supplies and equipment. Responsibilities include procurement, receiving and distribution, and maintaining inventory through Q-Shift in line with hospital procedures.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours are 6:00am-2:30pm and/or 6:30am-3:00pm. No weekend, no holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Relevant experience in inventory or materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized control and distribution of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Handle procurement, receiving and distribution of supplies and materials; maintain and track inventory through Q-Shift per hospital procedures.

Job Summary

The Inventory Coordinator provides a centralized control and distribution of surgical supplies and equipment to the facility. Responsible for all Materials Management including procurement, receiving and distribution of supplies and materials. Maintains and tracks inventory thru Q-Shift and adhering to System and Hospital procedures
