Job summary

A regional healthcare system is hiring for a CT Imaging position in Phoenixville, PA. As part of your responsibilities, you will perform CT imaging while adhering to safety protocols and standards. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in CT imaging strongly preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Certification in radiologic technology (RT (R), RT (R) (CT), or RT (N) (CT)) required.
• ARRT CT certification or CT certification path accredited byARRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging according to established protocol.
• Understand human cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology.
• Maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety.
• Preparation and administration of contrast media is performed in accordance with hospital policy.
• The use of critical thinking, professional and ethical judgment is to be demonstrated in the quality of care delivered.

We are hiring for the following positions:

• Full Time Evenings: (4) 10-hour shifts 1P-11:30P; on call and holiday rotation
• Full Time Nights: Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday 7P-730A; on call and holiday rotation
• Full Time Evenings: (5) 8-hour shifts 3P-11:30P; on call and holiday rotation

• Performs CT imaging according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.
• Demonstrate an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety.
• Preparation and administration of contrast media is performed in accordance with hospital policy.
• The use of critical thinking, professional and ethical judgment is to be demonstrated in the quality of care delivered.
