Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Odessa, TX is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure product availability, optimize inventory accuracy, and support customer and business requirements.

You will perform daily cycle counts, verify receiving quantities, and use Oracle to match invoices with packing lists. Forklift operations and safe, organized work practices are essential to this role.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent.
2 years relevant experience managing inventory.
Experience using Oracle or SAP.
Ability to drive a forklift.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week as required.
Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

Performed daily inventory cycle counts, investigated and resolved inventory discrepancies, and reported findings to management.
Received incoming parts, verified quantities and descriptions against vendor packing lists, and ensured accuracy before processing.
Used Oracle to receive inventory invoices, confirming quantities matched both the packing list and system records.
Used Apex to process parts requests from different branches, pull parts from inventory, packed and sealed shipments, and prepared orders using UPS or RXO.
Monitored inventory levels and restocked shelves to maintain adequate stock.
Completed weekly vendor runs to pick up parts.
Operated forklifts to safely load and unload freight trucks and move materials throughout the yard.
Maintained a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.
