  • Process parts requests using Apex and prepare shipments for UPS or RXO.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
  • Operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload freight.

The Inventory Coordinator works closely with Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory accuracy, and support customer and business requirements.

What You Will Do:
  • Performed daily inventory cycle counts, investigated and resolved inventory discrepancies, and reported findings to management.
  • Received incoming parts, verified quantities and descriptions against vendor packing lists, and ensured accuracy before processing.
  • Used Oracle to receive inventory invoices, confirming quantities matched both the packing list and system records.
  • Used Apex to process parts requests from different branches, pull parts from inventory, packed and sealed shipments, and prepared orders using UPS or RXO.
  • Monitored inventory levels and restocked shelves to maintain adequate stock.
  • Completed weekly vendor runs to pick up parts.
  • Operated forklifts to safely load and unload freight trucks and move materials throughout the yard.
  • Maintained a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant experience managing inventory
  • Experience using Oracle or SAP-
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
  • Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
  • Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward, or outward.
  • Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul, or tug objects in a sustained motion.
  • Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
  • Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in handling.
  • Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
  • Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to customer or other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
  • Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.
  • The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection), using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
