Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. You will verify raw materials, lead the inventory team on the shift, and ensure accurate movements of ingredients from prep to storage.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to allergen guidelines. High school diploma required; 6 months to 1 year inventory experience preferred; food manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, train, and lead the inventory team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Division 7 manufacturing ingredients.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within the department.
  • Verify ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area.
  • Handle inventory transactions required throughout the shift.
  • Verify departmental allergen guidelines are followed and ensure integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients throughout the material-handling process.
  • Ensure accuracy of lot numbers and movements in the materials system.
  • Lead, be a teacher, and create a positive work environment.

Pay

$17.00‑$17.43 per hour

Summary

Responsible for the coordination and verification of raw material movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy to the day’s needs during the designated shift.
