Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a third shift forklift operator in Fall River, MA. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced, cold environment, complete required paperwork accurately, and follow GMPs to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and the ability to work in a team. Blount offers medical, dental and vision benefits, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and education support as part of its total compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift/Pallet Jack in a fast-paced production environment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly where applicable.
• Adhere to posted GMPs when working within the production facility.
• Utilize RF equipment for production and inventory tasks.

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $18.45 per hour.

Summary

This position requires an ability to work in a fast‑paced cold environment, a "can do attitude", flexibility, and the ability to follow procedures. The person must be detailed, reliable, and team oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Forklift/Pallet Jack Operation
• Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly, where applicable.
• Must adhere to posted GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) when working within the production facility.
