Inventory Coordinator - Contract To Hire

Leading medical devices company is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations for their growing biotech team in Billerica, MA. This role is focused primarily on cycle counting, inventory control, and receiving activities to ensure materials are accurately tracked and available for production.

Schedule of the Inventory Coordinator:

1st Shift (6:00 AM or 7:00 AM Start)

Pay Rate of the Inventory Coordinator:

$24.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Inventory Coordinator:

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Relocate inventory and organize storage locations
• Support inventory improvement initiatives and warehouse organization projects
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures

Requirements of the Inventory Coordinator:

• Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management experience
• Receiving and/or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Background in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or materials management
• Experience supporting inventory audits and reconciliation efforts
