Medline in Carteret, NJ is seeking an Inventory Coord Sr to ensure inventory adjustments and discrepancies are researched and reconciled, maintaining high accuracy. Responsibilities include cycle counts, reviewing reports, and correcting financial errors.

You will manage error queues, investigate service issues, create RGAs, and perform adjustments in Catalyst and SAP. Strong communication across teams to resolve discrepancies is essential. Minimum two years inventory experience required.

Qualifications

• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Perform adjustments to correct financial errors. Record and report information via correct documentation.* Manage all assigned error queues using various systems* Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary* Investigate service failures and customer complaints. Create RGA's and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct inventory.* Assign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with SOPs* Conduct audits of receiving functions including put-aways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets.
