Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Inventory Control Auditor to physically count items and reconcile with the computer inventory, ensuring accuracy for Purchasing and Production. You will perform counts, reconciliation, and data integrity tasks within SAP.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed to support stock room operations.

Qualifications

• Computer, SAP and basic math skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with all departments.
• Accuracy and able to analyze data is a must.
• Must be able to work well unsupervised and be self-motivated.
• The Auditor may be required to work a flexible work schedule due to stock room needs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and follow all safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous inventory measurement through physical counts, calculations, recording and reconciling in SAP.
• Interface with the stockroom personnel while counting like materials.
• Audit production order quantities.
• Correct failed goods movements that pertain to shop floor raw materials.
• Investigate causes of large difference when doing reconciliations.
