Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory across the facility. You will implement inventory-control procedures, conduct cycle counts, and work with Operations and Finance to improve processes.

SAP transactions and monthly reconciliations are core duties. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of inventory-management experience, strong attention to detail, and a Lean mindset.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of inventory-management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Continuous-improvement mindset (Lean Manufacturing).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility-wide inventory-control procedures including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly on-site and biannual off-site inventory counts; conduct audits.
