Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring discrepancy patterns and implement proactive corrective actions.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis for complex exceptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve material master related discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to report trends, risks and opportunities.
• Identify overstated quantities and prevent shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels to support reliability.
• Identify and resolve expired or at-risk inventory.
• Investigate and resolve stock transfer issues across plants.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and broader operation groups.
• Support inventory impact of New Product Introduction projects.
• Prepare and present inventory reports and KPIs to leadership.
• Use data to influence inventory strategies and mentor teammates.
