Job summary

Atkore in Hobart, IN is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage finished goods and RAW/WIP, track orders, backorders, and receipts, and maintain accurate ERP records. You will perform daily cycle counts, support receivables alignment, and assist with audits throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 5 years inventory experience required.
• Proficient with computers, inventory software programs, Microsoft Office, and local ERP software.
• Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and notice discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory (Finished Goods and RAW/WIP), including transfers, cycle counts and Receipts in IN-Transit (INTR).
• Perform daily cycle counts as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.
• Assist in tracking, sorting, and labeling inventory as needed.
• Help perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items are in stock.
• Maintain documentation, enter, and keep accurate records of all paperwork receivables.
• Partner with accounts receivables to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
