Job summary

Wafna is seeking an Inventory Controller 1 to support the Branch office by maintaining accurate inventory levels, assisting the Logistics Manager with records, and generating inventory reports. The role emphasizes keeping stock integrity, performing cycle counts, and ensuring proper handling of expiry dating in line with company guidelines.

The position requires strong organizational skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and reporting.
• Ability to train associates under supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMA processes, inventory control function, and all aspects of inventory for the Branch office.
• Maintain inventory and stock integrity, follow FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Conduct cycle count inventory processes for accuracy and timely execution.
• Set up expiry date cycle counting and reconciliation reporting.
• Update the warehouse management system for all inventory transactions and adjustments.
