Job summary

ChampionX in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Inventory Controller for 2nd shift to manage shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ERP transactions. The role includes cycle counting, staging for assembly, and coordinating with local machine shops for critical parts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), forklift capability, and strong attention to detail with good communication skills. Position requires regular overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2 years of relevant experience in inventory control or related field.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Attention to detail and professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/Receiving for incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Inventory management for parts and finished goods.
• Record inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Stage parts for assembly operations.
• Coordinate orders with local machine shops for critical inventory needs.
• Handle material transfers and outbound shipments.
