Job summary

ChampionX is seeking an Inventory Controller for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. This role focuses on shipping/receiving, inventory management, and ERP data integrity to support our global tech operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in inventory control, forklift skills, and solid communication abilities. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and requires adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant inventory control experience or similar.
• Forklift operation ability is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping/receiving for incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Oversee inventory of parts and finished goods.
• Record inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Stage parts for assembly operations.
• Coordinate orders with local machine shops for critical needs.
• Move material both physically and in the system.
• Arrange outgoing shipments to field operations teams.
