Job summary

SLB is seeking an Inventory Controller in Broken Arrow, OK to manage shipping/receiving, inventory control, and ERP-based transactions for parts and finished goods. The role includes cycle counts, staging for assembly, and coordinating orders with local machine shops to support field operations.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, forklift ability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Attention to detail.
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
• Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual.
• Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/Receiving function for incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Inventory management for parts and finished goods inventory.
• Inventory transactions in ERP System.
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Staging of parts for the assembly operation.
• Management and coordination of orders to local machine shops for critical inventory needs.
• Material transfers, both physically and in the system.
• Arrangements for outgoing shipments to the field operations teams.
