Job summary

ChampionX is seeking an Inventory Controller for 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will handle shipping/receiving, manage inventory in ERP, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy across parts and finished goods.

Responsibilities include material transfers, staging for assembly, and coordinating local shop orders. Requires forklift ability, 2 years of inventory experience, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant inventory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Forklift operation ability required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving for inbound and outbound inventory.
• Manage inventory accuracy and locations within ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Stage parts for assembly and coordinate with suppliers and shops.
• Process material transfers and arrange outgoing shipments to field teams.
