Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily cycle counts, recordkeeping, and order processing in a fast-paced facility. Shift is 11am–7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities spanning receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products.

You will use Microsoft Office for data entry, analyze stock levels, and coordinate replenishments while adhering to safety protocols in both cold and dry storage areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in Lineage Logistics' official language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit in dry storage sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID and conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Review files to verify shipping order accuracy.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
