Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Hanover Park, IL, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate to maintain accurate records and manage daily cycle counts. The role involves data handling for ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping products, with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards in a temperature-controlled facility.

Pay starts at $25.00 per hour with shifts Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the countrys official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
