Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse associate in Richland, WA, with a 7pm–7:30am shift. You will maintain inventory records, process orders, and ensure accurate stock levels and cycle counts.

Responsibilities include data collection from POs, invoices, and reports, verifying product IDs, and complying with safety and PPE protocols in cold and dry storage environments. A reliable, detail‑oriented worker who can lift 40 lbs and work weekends is desired.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in English as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and work in cold/dry storage environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Identify products and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Verify shipping order accuracy using catalogs and references.
• Review files to identify unused items and dispose of excess or damaged goods.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
