Good Day Farm is seeking an Inventory Control Tech II to support the inventory team with middle-management mentorship and process improvements. You will receive, store, count, and move materials, while guiding junior staff and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, using Monday Boards, forklift operation, and ensuring accurate transaction records. The role requires independence, reliability, and weekend availability in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Receive and unload items from trucks; document items.
• Store finished goods and packaging materials.
• Deliver materials to workstations and storage points.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Maintain transaction accuracy to minimize discrepancies (target ≤1 error/day).
• Coordinate with vendors and assist on-site supplier visits.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and mentor junior staff.
